We are looking for an experienced Senior Controller / FP&A to strengthen our finance organization and lead core FP&A topics across Europe, with close alignment to our US headquarters. This role includes line management responsibility for a team of two FP&A professionals and strong interaction with senior stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for revenues, costs and margins
  • Prepare and analyze management reporting for European management and US HQ
  • Act as a finance business partner to sales, supply chain and operations
  • Ownership of inventory valuation and close collaboration with operations
  • Monitor cost structures and identify financial risks and optimization opportunities
  • Support closing activities and ensure alignment with group reporting standards
  • Lead and develop a team of 2 direct reports
  • Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes and reporting tools

YOUR PROFILE

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
  • Several years of experience in FP&A / Controlling, ideally in retail or consumer goods
  • Strong know-how in costing, inventory accounting and margin analysis
  • Prior experience in an international environment, ideally with US stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Advanced Excel and ERP experience; BI tools are a plus
  • Fluent English and German are required
  • Structured, proactive and hands-on leadership style
